On the first level of the Tower, on the esplanade overlooking the Champ-de-Mars, a brand new exhibition setting has been designed for the event to highlight the diversity of these non-western photographic works.
Under the artistic direction of Frank Kalero, the photographs form a kaleidoscope of the various “families” of which humanity is made up.
“We are family!” This message rings out loud and clear at the Eiffel Tower, a real Tower of Babel with its almost 7 million visitors per year of whom 85% are from abroad. So with Photoquai, the Eiffel Tower is celebrating the images of the world and paying homage to the closer links it has always had with artistic inspiration.
The exhibition is free to all visitors to the Tower
